There’s something special about rolling up your sleeves and getting “Back-to-Basics.” At PCS Distilling Company's facility, we do just that; combining the finest ingredients in our recipes with hands-on, devoted attention to every step of the distilling process. Every batch is small-batch, made right here in our downtown Louisville location.
Nulu Reserve Bourbon Whiskey
This very small batch of three 5 year 21% rye bourbons was married together and proofed down to 95.3 proof. Our goal is to offer a non-chill filtered bourbon that delivers unique tasting notes and a balanced finish.

Aroma: Oak, cinnamon, caramel, vanilla
Palate: Baking spices, oak, dark fruit
Finish: Smooth medium finish of cinnamon and baking spices
The term “NuLu” is the nickname for a Louisville neighbourhood meaning “New Louisville.”
