Penelope Barrel Strength
Barrel Strength pushes the boundaries of our signature four grain balanced flavor profile. Batch 7 is blended from three bourbon mash
bills aged from 3.5 - 5 years in new American oak barrels and completely
uncut and non chill-filtered. Each barrel was hand selected and blended
into a single batch in order to create this unique offering.
Aroma: Sweet caramel with a hints of maple syrup and candied sweetness
Forward Notes: Smooth caramel syrup, brown sugar, subtle barrel char, and hints of butterscotch and crème brûlée
Body Notes: Sweetness transitions to notes of cinnamon, barrel char, and slight maple syrup
Finish: Spicy cinnamon finish with amazing lingering spice and heat

Architect
Architect is the new blueprint for precision blending. The first build in this series combines our signature four grain mash bill with two styles of French oak staves. Working in collaboration with Tonnellerie Radoux of France, the market leader in oak barrel manufacturing and innovation, we selected each stave using their state-of-the-art OakScan® process to construct a truly memorable flavor profile. After all, the best architecture leaves no room for error.
Aroma: Sweet candied cream and floral with hints of crème brûlée
Forward Notes: Sweet vanilla and viscous cream with some savory oak notes
Body: Creamy sweetness transitions from the forward notes and into the body, herbal, floral and cream
Finish: Rich vanilla that leaves a long lingering finish with some heat
American Light Whiskey
The first release in our Founders Reserve series highlights a collection of American Light Whiskey barrels. Distilled from corn at 189.5 proof and bottled at 134, these gems showcase the quality of product Seagrams Indiana was making back in 2008.
Aged in 2nd fill oak barrels, this amazing spirit brings out savory vanilla notes with a hint of cinnamon and creme brûlée.
This 13 year old American Light Whiskey is bottled at cask strength.

Penelope Bourbon Toasted Series explores new and unique
expressions of our signature four grain straight bourbon
whiskey. After full maturation in charred new American oak
barrels, we finish Penelope Bourbon™ Small Batch Barrel
Strength in a new, freshly toasted barrel.
Each barrel is unique and different - making each bottle
distinct with its own flavor profile. The barrels selected for
this series are the best our inventory has to offer and go
through an extensive hand-selection process.

Rosé Cask Finish
Penelope Rosé Cask Finish is part of our Cooper Series (Cask Finishes) and is our annual Summer Release. We’ve married our signature four grain blend of three bourbon mash bills with hand-selected French Grenache Rosé Wine Casks from the Southern Rhône region to bring together a truly unique alliance of flavour. Available in limited supplies every year starting in July.
Aroma: Candied fruit, caramel and vanilla
Forward Notes: Sweet and refreshing hints of vanilla and viscous cream
Body Notes: Creamy sweetness transitions from the forward notes and into the body, herbal, floral and cream
Finish: Rich leather and good heat with floral and botanical lingering notes
Penelope Four Grain
Named after our Founder’s recently born daughter, Penelope Bourbon is our signature four grain straight bourbon whiskey uniquely blended from three bourbon mash bills.
Aroma: Balanced corn sweetness, caramel, light oak, syrup
Forward Notes: Sweet corn grain with syrup
Body Notes: Fruit, syrup, candied sweetness
Finish: Candied, sweet, syrup, pleasant fruit after taste
