The Doc Swinson’s Collection began with an extremely small cache of Bourbon Barrels that were just too good to pass up. It has since grown into a unique and on occasion extremely rare, collection of American whiskies.
The proof is in the palate. Each whiskey brought in is personally tasted by the four of us at Doc Swinson’s.
Whatever whiskey comes through these doors, our small group of tastemakers at Doc’s work hard to create flavor profiles that hold our expectations of great whiskey to a higher standard; and that starts by always letting the whiskey shine. No need to take our word for it, give ‘em a try!

A rich pairing, this 5-year bourbon is finished in a selection of Pedro Ximenez Sherry Butts, delivering depth, thickness, and body. Doc’s Blender hand-selected the whiskeys from each sherry butt and skillfully blended them for this limited release and aptly named it El Cuerpo, Spanish for “the body.” EL CUERPO is one of three limited bourbons that complete the Mind, Body, and Spirit line, named for their contributions to the Doc Swinson’s Alter Ego Triple Cask Bourbon.
This limited single finish expression allows you the chance to experience one of the individual pieces of the whole, all outstanding on their own at cask strength.
Nose: Leather, ripe plums, dark chocolate, and vanilla
Palate: Dark stewed fruits, honey, marazipan, custard, aged tobacco, bourbon vanilla, and plums
Tasting Notes: A rich and full-bodied bourbon with a satisfying bouquet of vanilla, stewed fruits, and dried figs
After numerous releases of our Triple Cask Alter Ego Bourbon,
Jesse Parker, Doc's blender, started to notice a late-night trend
as we sampled the base bourbon. After witnessing copious
nights in the warehouse with glasses that refused to be set
down, it became apparent that the Blenders Cut needs to be
shared! We oer this to you at a whopping 115 proof, from the
cask. Enjoy straight from the bottle or add a little water to bring
out some more flavors.
Nose: Stone fruits, vanilla, pecans, oak, and fresh cream
Palate: Apricots, brown sugar, peanuts, toasted almond, charred oak, dark chocolate, and cream
Tasting Notes: A rich and full-bodied bourbon with satisfying bouquet of caramel, vanilla, dried fruits, and cream
Rye whiskey and rum are a natural complement, and Doc
Swinson’s straight rye whiskey finished in rum casks employs
methods fround in the Spanish sherry bodegas and blending
techniques of South and Central America to create this nuanced
and award winning whiskey.
Nose: Slight smoke, caramel apples, poached spiced pears
Palate: Peach pit, cherry blossom, molasses, anise, velvet tides of fig, vanilla frosting, Caribbean spice cake

lnspired by Scottish and Irish whisk(e)y blending techniques. Doc's took two bourbons blended them and further aged them in PX Sherry, Oloroso Sherry & Cognac casks two create this expressive, layered and smooth Bourbon bound to stimulate the senses.
